CPUT Residence Registration

Hey CPUT students, we have more for you with our quick residence registration guide to get you accommodated ASAP!

This registration guide is a summary of the CPUT Residence registration process as detailed on their website, so you can find the full details at: https://www.cput.ac.za/students/life/online-residence-registration

Now without further a due, here are the steps as recommended by CPUT on their website:

Getting Started

The Online Residence Registration process will commence as from the 13th of January until the 24th of January as phase 1 of their new Project to Improve their residence administration processes, with phase 2 being the application process commencing in May for the intake of new students in the next year.

The Online Residence Registration process is open to all returning students who resided in a CPUT Residence during the 2019 academic year.

Students who are unable to register online during the above specified dates, need to make use of the traditional manual registration process, by registering at the Residence allocated to them for that academic year.

Note to all First-year students – Due to the Online Residence Registration process being a pilot project, 1st year students will not be able to register online for a Residence for the 2020 academic year. First year students should check their Residence status on SOS, and if allocated a Residence, they can proceed to the allocated Residence by the earliest 18 January 2020.
